The Ram 1500, Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep® Grand Cherokee have all been singled out for vehicle customer loyalty awards by IHS Markit. The awards are given to automotive manufacturers who excel in retaining customers.
Ram Trucks have highest loyalty
The Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 pick-up trucks received the IHS Markit award for model loyalty for the 2019 calendar year. Customers recognize that the Ram 1500 can be trusted to deliver a superior vehicle and 2020 is no exception. The Ram 1500 has a towing capacity of up to 12,750 pounds and comes with an eTorque mild hybrid system for improved fuel efficiency.
Chrysler Pacifica, the van favorite
The 2020 Chrysler Pacifica was named a customer favorite in the van category. The Pacifica leads its class with gasoline and hybrid powertrains, and is the first electrified minivan, getting over 80 mpg equivalent (MPGe) in electric-only mode*. This is the fourth year that the Pacifica has earned top customer loyalty honors.
Jeep® Grand Cherokee wins SUV segment
As the most lauded SUV ever, it is no surprise that customers keep coming back to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Known for its capability, durability and iconic style, the 2020 Jeep® Grand Cherokee keeps the tradition alive.
